nov. 30 … Thanksgiving was yummy!

well i ended up doing 3 days of my routine last week but i figure that was pretty good considering it was Thanksgiving and my first week. i woke up on Wed. and could barely make it to the bathroom i was so sore and the kids didnt have school so i just went back to bed. my goal for this week is to make it at least 4 days. a 1 mile quick walk and then as much as i can do on the rower machine. it was cut a little short today because i need to fix it. wd40 fixes everything right? almost started a little jog on my walk though. had to hold myself back because i just know if i start that to soon i wont be able to make home lol. oh and i weighed myself this morning and even though it was Thanksgiving and i gorged myself i lost 1.4 lbs! down to 208.6! see ya soon

back….. again

well im here again…. i guess we will see how long i last this time. 2 days ago i was 210 lbs. yesterday i started what i hope will be a new routine. i walked a mile and did my rower for about 20 min yesterday and 10 today but today i pushed myself harder on the mile. i got a pedometer but for some reason it keeps resetting lol. i did do something good while i was gone though… i quit smoking! over three months now so i think it will stick. well i hope to be back soon!

i sooo would not post right now if i didnt have to….. i fell hard and ate what i wanted, when and how much… so i am paying…. 203.4 …. but back on track as of today!
